Job Description


• Create and update records personnel, assets, equipment and materials of the company. 
• Organize a filing system for important and confidential company documents 
• Keep stock of office supplies and place orders when necessary 
• Coordinating office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies 
• Key contact person for general office administration 
• Ensure workplace safety, clean and tidy 
• Carry out any recruitment related tasks 
• Develops and maintains HR information system and ensure it is up to date 
• Formulates HR policy, procedure and keep them up to date 
• Identifies legal requirements from government 
• Advise management on appropriate resolution of employee relations issues 
• Administers performance appraisal

Job Requirements


• Bachelor’s degree 
• 02 years’ work experience in this field 
• Good command and written and spoken English 
• Good communication and interpersonal abilities 
• Organizational and leadership skills 
• Familiarity with office management procedures 
• Good command and written and spoken English 
• Proficiency in MS office, System

Basic Salary: 400$-500$ (One person) 
Working time: 8:00Am-12:00Am, 13:30Pm-17Pm
