In 2001, iDE, an international non-profit development organization, introduced Ceramic Water Purifiers (CWPs) as an affordable water treatment option to benefit Cambodian’s health and environment. In 2009, iDE spun-off Hydrologic as a wholly owned subsidiary to scale up CWP production and distribution.
As a social enterprise, Hydrologic is also committed to creating positive social impact through its business activities including improved public health, positive environmental impact, stimulation of rural economic activity, and a commitment to ethical business practice.

Job Description

Responsibilities for Administration Assistant


-          Arrange meeting by scheduling appropriate meeting times, booking rooms ,and planning refreshments

-          Assist in purchasing such insurance and other administration and coordinate payment with Finance department

-          Assist in creating email for all employees when there is requested

-          Help employees to repair or maintain employees smart phone

-          Yearly search and prepare new quotation for insurance and other suppliers

-          Daily update and follow up employees IN-OUT with insurance companies

-           Monthly reconcile payment with Telecom company and coordinate with Telecom

-          Reconcile company properties when employees resign with finance team

-          Monthly update and follow up employees phone benefits with Telecom company into data base (drop box)

-          Maintain company vehicle with garage partner to make sure company vehicle is clean and repairing

-          Closely work office keeper to purchase kitchen supplies and make sure office is always good 

-          Assist auditor to count fix assets at province and office to make sure that fix assets are available in locality and office

-          Prepare working material and create email for new employee when they start with Hydrologic 

-          Other tasks is assigned by Manager

Job Requirements




  • Experience and education and skill for Administration

-          No experience

-          Relevant university degree or association within general or Administration management or Management

-          Computer skill in email, and Microsoft office

-          Strong in follow up skills and problem solving skills

-          Ability to communicate in complex information clearly to non-accountants

-          Ability to drive a car to province

-          Problem solving skills and create email

-          Ability to work under pressure

-          Ability in organizing and multitasking for every event or fair

-          Fair English language (written and spoken)

-          Khmer language (written and spoken)
