Megadis Co.; Ltd, to distribute some kitchen products in Cambodia Market. So company is looking for a dynamic candidate to fill the position as Administration Officer.

Job Description


  • Update or create policy and procedure to improve a safe and secure work environment, and follow up the processing
  • Monitor compliance to meet the high standard discipline
  • Train employee to understand the policy and disciplines of the company
  • Manage fixed assets in office, shops and other places
  • Monitoring hygiene, security and safety in office/ shops
  • Liaise with legal affair and relevant departments for compliance with admin procedures
  • Monitor and keep report of documents in-out of company
  • Prepare budget for Admin department
  • Coordinate other general administrative ( Create Form,…)
  • Maintain system to ensure that important paperwork for expatriate staff are maintained and renewed
  • Perform basic filing, copying, typing, scanning, and data entry as required
  • Control and supervise subordinate admin staff to improve capacity of work
  • Manage and organize events, parties for company
  • Review payroll’s report of shop staffs and office staff
  • Follow up and evaluate staffs with other manager for increasing or decreasing their salary
  • Maintain the leave management
  • Administer contract
  • Arrange weekly/ monthly meeting and manage meeting’s room in standard
  • Solving problems Internal and External company
  • Other duties as required

Job Requirements


  • Bachelor degree in Law or related field ( Master of Law is preferable)
  • Analytical and problem solving skills, team building, supervisory skills, negotiation skills
  • Good command of English
  • Good personality and able to work under pressure
  • Minimum of 5 year experiences in Admin work
  • Knowledge of general administration
  • Strong communication, interpersonal and organization skill
  • Flexible and reliable person
  • Good computer literacy (Internet and Email, Ms. Word, Excel, Power Point, etc.)
