• Assist sale team in Documentation (Sale Invoice, Receipt, Contract…)
• Coordinate between sale team and others department (Account, A/S team)
• Create Purchase Order form after customer making a decision.
• Always friendly with team work.
• Assist operation and sale duty.
• Be able to flexible with the time schedule.
• Enter customer’s data into the system.
• Be able to travel to provinces often.
• Keep and maintain good relationship with dealers.
• Search and make schedule to meet up with dealers.
• Exhibits high level of commitment to dealer satisfaction.
• Make plan to increase sales revenue and expand to new customers, reports to Supervisor/Manager.
• Sale Performance report.
• Any others task or responsibility can be assigned by Supervisor/Manager.
