Job Description



- Booking hotel, air ticket and arrange transportation…ect

- Control and manages stationary inventory.

- Administers documentation and filing system in comply with company’s policy.

- Maintain record of company assets and properties such as rental vehicles, mobile phones and etc.

- Maintain office clean tidy and order

- Other administrative works as required.

- Maintain and track employees leave or urgent leave

- Discuss or update company’s regulation such: Working hour, Leave, and other internal rule

- Type or translate some documentation in English and Khmer as required.

- Arrange meeting and prepare meeting report.

- Other duties assigned MD

Job Requirements

- At least 2-3 years of working experience in Administrative field.

- Bachelor degree or equivalence.

- English language proficiency in both speaking, listening and writing

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

- Good computer literacy MS Word-Excel, Outlook.

- Be able to type Khmer.
