Main job tasks and Responsibility: • Monitor the actual vs budget of headcount and salary. • Formulate the HR policies and Employee Hand Book so as to be in line with other associate company and local labor law. • Keep abreast of external legal update and recommend any changes to management for comply with legal regulations. • Ensure the attendance is properly recorded and assist calculate the incentive of workers. • Compile HR reports. • Ensure employee relationship is harmonized (i.e. labor union or any employees association) and handle any disciplinary actions professionally. • Assist factory social compliance audit and ensure corrective action plan was done as per schedule. • Conduct employee orientation and other training. • Act as liaison officer to handle / tackle any external affairs with government bodies. • Responsible for purchasing of office stationeries & equipment’s and conduct monthly summary report for management review. • Ensure factory housekeeping is clean & tidy, and ensure factory maintenance & government certifications has been reviewed & updated on a timely basis.

Education and Requirements: • A degree of Management or other related field • At least one (01) or more years of administrative experiences • Prefer knowledge of electrical and mechanical machineries • Strong team working skills • A good team player • Active and willing to learn • Good communication & negotiation skills • Friendly personality • Written and spoken English • Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office • Good leadership skills
