Job Description

Summary of position:   

To plan, develop and organize marketing activity to reach Cambodian Business Owners and Investors to take advantage of the Australian Business and Investors migration programme of the Business Visas.

To Market the Business Visa subclasses 132 –Business Talent (Permanent) and 188 Provisional Business visas as prescribed in the Australian Migration Laws.

Core KPI: To produce at least 3 clients in 6 months.

Job scopes & KPIs:

-       Able to penetrate the niche market of business owners and investors and market the range of Australian Business and investment opportunities under Business Visas.

-       Ability to identify and liaise with main business chambers and intuitions.

-       To commission and undertake market research.

-       Design, plan and execute Business Development plans.

-       Able to Identify efficacy means of our Business promotional plans.

-       To recruit potential clients eligible for Migration to Australia.

-       To represent, liaise and respond on behalf of AMA in Cambodia.

-       Execute marketing plans that fit Cambodian Migration  trends

-       Able to collate monthly reports on potential and existing clients.

Job Requirements

-       Candidates must have at least 3 years of experience in Sales, Marketing & Business Development.

-       Native Khmer speaker.

-       Mature professional with high integrity.

-       Proactive, self motivated with good interpersonal skills.

-       Skilled in communicating effectively with top business owners and investors

-       Background in Accountancy and/or Legal Education is an added advantage

-       Good communication, interpretation and command skills in English.

-       Knowledge in local business behaviours.

-       Graduate with Bachelor degree or equivalent.

-       Computer literacy and Internet skills.

-       Must be a team player

-       Able to work under minimum supervision.

-       Able to meet the core KPI

-       Posses current drivers licence and International travel passport.
