Job Description


  •          Provides quality leadership for Dynith’s internal and external customers in all assigned tasks, while upholding Dynith Values at all times: inclusive of constructive problem solving, facilitating creative improvements, and inspiring others.
  • ·         Achieves the Region’s sale revenue quotas for Mans Jaya products as they are sold into all customer segments within Region. Establishes an environment and foundation for future sales growth. Sells, teaches and coach others how to sell value and solutions to Mans Jaya’s customers.
  • ·         Directs the selling activities within the Region, inclusive of resource deployment and customer interactions. Prioritizes effectively and in accordance with corporate objectives.
  • ·         Efficiently manages the region’s outlets and distribution relationships. Works in conjunction with the senior business development team to ensure attention and growth in the key account segments and targeted region.
  • ·         Leads the Sales Representatives and Specialists, inclusive of managing performance, coaching, mentoring, hiring and career development.
  • ·         Responsible for the Region’s forecasting and sales tracking; this also included on Follow up cash sales and credit sales,
  • ·         Sets the vision for the Region and develops and adheres to a business plan to attain this vision.
  • ·         Evaluate market trends and gather competitive information, identify trends that effect current and future growth of regional sales and profitability. Disseminate information to regional sales representatives, corporate marketing and sales operations.

  •   Monitoring and Analyzing region market trends; this also including the Market research,    monitoring and analyzing on the market opportunity, demands and creation,
  • Exploring ways of improving existing products and services, and increasing profitability
  • Identifying region target markets and developing strategies to communicate with them,
  • Study on the region competitor and analyze on theirs SWOT (Product, Cost, Quality, Delivery, Services, and their outlet offering policy etc.)
  • Manage on the customer service, and quick response to market’s complaint and feedback with proper method and working technic,
  • Work with Research and Development leader to create new and talent product meeting the market opportunity and demands,
  • Manage Trade Marketing (trade promotion, Trade campaign),
  • Lead the marketing activity, identify and implement communication strategies, such as advertising campaigns, to attractive customers and brand building; this including on prepare marketing plans (Budgets and progress reports etc.)
  • Good team work with Area Sale manager to continue improves sale and marketing achievement to meet the target and goal.
  •  Special projects as assigned.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum five years management experiences in sale and marketing in Fast consuming product company.
  • Proven oral, written, telephone and presentation skills, strong interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated record of achievement in a prior sales position and outlet performance.
  • Good knowledge of a wide range of marketing techniques and concepts to create demand, and continue maintain the growth of Market share in tissue industry,
  • Ability to learn and retain product specific information and utilize to position the features and benefits to customers.
  • Must be mature and able to deal effectively with various problems in team work and client.
  • Strong in good team work, team coaching, and able to attendance at formal sales training courses a plus.
  • Hours may vary and will require evening and weekend work depending on business needs and will require working overtime
  • Computer skill in Microsoft office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Adobe Illust. and Photoshop Etc.)
