Job Description

  • Post job announcement in webs and in newspapers
  • Call candidates to interview
  • Arrange room for recruiting
  • Manage Employee contract
  • Interview and select candidates for low position  
  • Update data of staff( IN-OUT)
  • Update Annual Leave
  • Solving problem
  • Copy or type documents for Human Resource Manager
  • Other works assigned by Human Resource Manager

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor degree of Human Resource or Business Administration
  • Good command of English
  • Good typing: Khmer & English
  • Good personality and able to work under pressure
  • Strong communication, interpersonal and organization skill
  • Flexible and reliable person
  • Good computer literacy (Internet and Email, Ms. Word, Excel, Power Point)
